2. Add your custom fields
3. Add "Remove Duplicates"
4. Remove Duplicates
5. copy field list 
6. Remove Duplicates
7. Sort
8. Remove all Activities
9. Remove all State fields
10. Fill in the  Active Values and length
11. Organize!!!!
